Summer squash washed and cut into half
Salt and pepper.
Butter and brown sugar
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Lay squash on paper
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake 350 for 30 minutes
I had baby squash, so you may need to bake longer or less depending on your oven.
Remove from oven after done and immediately spread butter over the top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Let sit for a few minutes till the brown sugar is dissolved.
